MENS
Our Men’s Tackle Program is built around developing disciplined, high-performance athletes who can compete at the highest level in New South Wales and beyond. We focus on strong fundamentals, physical preparation, and a team-first mindset, creating an environment where players are pushed to improve every session. With experienced coaching, structured training, and clear expectations around standards and accountability, the program provides a pathway for athletes to progress from club football into representative opportunities, while building a culture of toughness, resilience, and pride in the Rebels jersey.
WOMENS
Our Women’s Flag Football program is a cornerstone of the Northern Sydney Rebels, built on high performance, strong culture, and proven success. As 2025 Sapphire Bowl Champions, the program sets the standard for women’s flag in New South Wales, combining elite coaching, structured development, and a competitive environment that challenges players to reach their full potential. We focus on speed, skill, and game intelligence while fostering a supportive, team-first culture, providing clear pathways from local competition through to state and national representation.
COLTS
Our Colts Gridiron program is focused on developing the next generation of players, providing a strong foundation in skills, game understanding, and physical preparation. We create a structured and supportive environment where young athletes can learn the fundamentals of tackle football while building confidence, discipline, and teamwork. With a clear pathway into senior football, the program is designed to not only develop better players, but well-rounded individuals who embody the standards and culture of the Northern Sydney Rebels.
JUNIORS
Our Junior Flag Football program is focused on introducing young athletes to the game in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment while building strong fundamental skills. As we launch the first local youth flag competition in the Northern Sydney area, we’re creating clear pathways for kids to learn, play, and grow within the sport. The program emphasises skill development, teamwork, and confidence, giving players the opportunity to progress into higher levels of football while fostering a lifelong love of the game.
